Enrollment

For New Students (non-transferees):

  1. (a) Junior Casa: At least 3 years old by June of the current school year
    (b) Junior-Advanced Casa: At least 4 years old by June of the current school year 
    (c) Advanced Casa: At least 5 years old by June of the current school year 

  2. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

  3. Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture

  4. Must undergo entrance assessment (online)

For Junior-Advanced Casa and Advanced Casa Transferees:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

  2. Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture

  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  4. Report Card from the previous school duly signed by the Principal

  5. Must undergo entrance assessment (online)

Procedure

  1. Submit application form and documents in physical copy to the School Office*.

  2. Once application has been approved and your documents have been validated, you may pay school fees through one of three methods:
    (a) By cash at the office (upon appointment)
    (b) By online banking or bank transfer (Account name: Whizkids Montessori Schoolhouse INC. BDO Account number: 008460013893. Branch: Walter Mart Cabuyao). 
    (c) By Paypal: paypal.me/whizkidsmontessori

  3. Parents are to sign the Agreement Form and Registration Form which will be provided after payment.

 

*Due to the COVID-19 situation, parents are required to email (admin@whizkidsmontessori.com) or text (09088658946) or call (0495217492) the school to make an appointment to submit your documents in a socially-distant manner.

Grade & High School Admission Policies

NOTE:

Previous Whizkids Montessori students are only required to submit Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture, along with payment.

 

Documents/Requirements for new students/transferees:​​

  1. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

  2. Two (2) pcs. most recent 2x2 colored ID picture

  3. Learner's Reference Number

  4. Report card from previous school duly signed by the Principal

  5. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  6. ECCD​ (for incoming Grade 1 students)

  7. At least 6 years old by June of the current school year (for incoming Grade 1 students)
